Terms and Conditions:

1. Warranty: 1year on spare parts (Limited or as disscused)& manufacturing defects only
2. Goods once sold will not be taken back any condition.
3. All Disputes are Under DELHI Jurisdiction only.
4. Invoce Issued by SKY ENGINEERING COMPANY will be only valid for future claim/dispute/service/delivery etc.
5. Loading/Unloading, Transportation, Installation (Technician Visit Charge), Technician to and fro expense, fooding and lodging etc.) and Packaging charges will be extra SKY ENGINEERING COMPANY Won’t be responsible for any kind of transport/loading and unloading damage)
6. Insurance cost (if any) to be bear by customer/buyer
7. Price Ex Delhi: All prices are ex-factory Delhi. Commissioning and Installation Charges will be extra.
8. Packing and transportation charges will be charged extra, SKY ENGINEERING COMPANY is not responsible for any damages occurring during transportation.
9. Taxes Extra: all taxes/duties will be charged extra.
10. Loading and unloading: Loading and unloading charges will be charged extra.
11. Warranty: One year on Spare part of the machine from the date of supply. SKY ENGINEERING COMPANY will be liable only in case of any manufacturing defects only and not will be liable if it burns or happens with short circuit.
12. Insurances to be arranged by buyer your own cost
13. Road Permit: Please send road permit (i.e., e-way bill) for out station, if required.
14. Note: Without any information SKY ENGINEERING COMPANY will not responsible for deposit payment in any other account.
15. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
16. SKY ENGINEERING COMPANY reserves the right to add or change the above terms and conditions and prices as and when required without giving any prior notice or assigning any reasons thereof.
17. You are requested to kindly speak the SKY ENGINEERING COMPANY authorized personnel only
18. If machine/product will get installed by any un-authorized personnel, SKY ENGINEERING COMPANY won’t be responsible for any damages (and all warranty and guarantee stand cancelled).
